Aronia Berries Freeze Dried, Organic Dried Hibiscus, Forever Fruit Blend (Organic Rosehips, Organic Lemongrass, Organic Hibiscus, Organic Orange Peel, Organic Peppermint Leaves).
Use tea loose or with enclosed Unbleached Natural Tea Bags.
Processed in a facility that processes peanuts and tree nuts.
Does not contain caffeine.

Instructions: 1 tbsp of loose tea per tea bag for an 8 oz cup. Steep for 2-3 minutes or to taste. Tea and tea bags are compostable.
