Aronia Berries Freeze Dried, Organic Whole Dried Elderberries, Organic Seedless Rosehips, Organic Star Anise.
Use tea loose or with enclosed Unbleached Natural Tea Bags.
Processed in a facility that processes peanuts and tree nuts.
Does not contain caffeine.

Instructions: 1 tbsp of loose tea per tea bag for an 8 oz cup. Steep for 2-3 minutes or to taste. Tea and tea bags are compostable.
