Aronia Berries Freeze Dried, Organic Indian Spices (Organic Cinnamon, Organic Fennel Seed, Organic Ginger, Organic Anise, Orgniac Cardamom, Organic Cloves, Organic Black Peppercorns), Organic Holy Basil (Tulsi) Herb.
Use tea loose or with enclosed Unbleached Natural Tea Bags.
Not to be used during pregnancy or while nursing. Not recommended for infants or toddlers, or for extended periods of time.
Process in a facility that processes peanuts and tree nuts.
Does not contain caffeine.

Instructions: 1 tbsp of loose tea per tea bag for an 8 oz cup. Steep for 2-3 minutes or to taste. Tea and tea bags are compostable.
